Bangladesh Employers’ Federation (BEF), in collaboration with Sylhet Technical School & College, with the technical assistance from Skills 21 Project of ILO, Dhaka, organized and facilitated a 2-day-long workshop on “Business Plan Development” for startup entrepreneurs on December 10-11, 2022 at Conference Hall, Sylhet TSC.

The objectives of the program were to (i) design processes to help businesses plan development through a comprehensive business support program, and (ii) develop individual authentic bankable business plans for incubates.

Mr. Joha Jamilur Rahman, Sr. Training Coordinator, BEF and Mr. Ruman Ishtiak Rafeen, Incubation Specialist, facilitated the program as trainers. Mr. Santush Chandra Debnath, Principal, Sylhet TSC chaired the inaugural and closing sessions. 14 participants (Female-2, Male-12) attended the program as incubates.
