Course objectives
The overall training objective is to updated knowledge and share the concept and knowledge on Lean Manufacturing system and applications among the selected participants those are working for industry. Also they will apply their gained knowledge in their respective organization. Develop awareness on the essential issues in dealing with workforce in the industrial scenario. Develop the skills to handle Lean Manufacturing system. Participants will share their knowledge and skills with their colleague regarding Lean Manufacturing system and also each participant will make a lean proposal with action plan for implementation.
