BEF provides information and authentic data related to social, labor and employment issues and other labor related public policy issues. Besides, BEF also organizes seminars/workshops on skills development, employment, food safety and security, occupational safety and health, green jobs, inclusion of persons with disability in the mainstream workforce etc., where national and international participants take part. Management training is a regular feature of the Federation’s activities. Senior officials engaged in respective management functions, participate in various seminars/workshops organized by the Federation and facilitated by national and international experts.
