Course Objectives: The overall objectives of the training are to promote formalization and enhance participants’ understanding of the benefits, processes, and challenges of business formalization. In addition to equip informal entrepreneurs with the knowledge and practical steps to formalize their businesses. The following are the specific Objectives:

- Types of Tax, compliance requirements, filing processes, Practical Exercises & Microteaching
- Setting Up a Bookkeeping System
- Types of VAT, compliance requirements, filing processes.
- Labour Regulations and Decent Work (Employment Formalization)
- BLA (Labour Rights, Appointment letter, leave and wages, OSH etc.)
- Develop individual action plans for formalization with timeline.
