Bangladesh Employers’ Federation (BEF) organized a seminar titled”বাংলাদেশ মধ্যমআয় ও উন্নত অর্থনীতির দেশে রূপান্তরের প্রাক্কালে বিদ্যমান শিল্পসম্পর্ক ও সামাজিক সংলাপের গুণগত মানউন্নয়নে অংশীজনদের (সরকার, শ্রমিক ও মালিক) করণীয় “at its Motijheel office on 1 October 2022. The objective of the event was to chalk out the role of all stakeholders in improving the quality of the prevailing industrial relations and social dialogue in view of Bangladesh’s imminent LDC graduation and ultimateobjective of achieving developed country status in the future. Representatives of employers and workers were present as participants whilethose of the Government and the International Labour Organization attended as observers.Mr. Md. Ehsan-E-Elahi, Honorable Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment, attended as the Chief Observer. The seminar was moderated by Mr. Farooq Ahmed, Secretary-General and CEO, BEF.
