Bangladesh Employers’ Federation (BEF), in collaboration with Bangladesh Sweden Polytechnic Institute, with the technical assistance from Skills 21 Project of ILO, Dhaka, organized and facilitated a 2-day-long workshop on “Business Plan Development” for startup entrepreneurs on December 29-30, 2022 at Conference Hall, BSPI, Kaptai. Mr. Joha Jamilur Rahman, Senior Training Coordinator, BEF and Mr. Ruman Ishtiak Rafeen, SME Specialist, facilitated the program as trainers.
The objectives of the program were to (i) design processes to help businesses plan development through a comprehensive business support program, and (ii) develop individual authentic bankable business plans for incubates.
Mr. Mohammad Abdul Matin Howlader, Principal, Bangladesh Sweden Polytechnic Institute, Kaptai, Rangamati Hill Tracts chaired the inaugural sessions. 18 participants (Female-6, Male-12) attended the program as incubates.
