Bangladesh Employers’ Federation (BEF) in cooperation with the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) of Japan organized a two-day long virtual training program on “Human Resource Management- Motivation and Engagement” on 7-8 February 2022. The objective of the training program was to deepen participants’ understanding of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management with the reference of practice and experience in Japan, especially focusing on improvement of employees’ motivation and enhancement of employee engagement. Prof. MAITA Tatsunobu, President, CEO, HR Business Partner Inc., Professor, Graduate School of Management of GLOBIS University, Japan conducted and facilitated the sessions. A total number of 52 participants representing 20 organizations participated in the program.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Ardashir Kabir, President, Bangladesh Employers’ Federation (BEF) delivered the inaugural address. Ms. Taga Toshie, General Manager, Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) of Japan; and Dr. A K M Moazzem Hussain, Honorary Adviser to AOTS Activities in Bangladesh made their remarks. Mr. Farooq Ahmed, Secretary-General & CEO, Bangladesh Employers’ Federation (BEF) delivered opening remarks and moderated the opening ceremony.
And at the closing ceremony, Mr. Farooq Ahmed, Secretary-General & CEO, Bangladesh Employers’ Federation (BEF) and Mr. TESHIMA Eiji, Assistant Manager, AOTS made remarks for their respective organizations.
