Apprenticeship Systemin Bangladesh

Course Objectives: The primary goal of the program is to promote quality apprenticeship system practices in factory level while facilitating knowledge exchange regarding quality apprenticeship systems. This training session aims to build the capacity of practitioners to deliver apprenticeships that adhere to Competency-Based Training & Assessment methods, including the use of the Competency Skills Log Book (CSLB). Additionally, it will strengthen practitioners’ ability to provide cost-effective apprenticeship programs for both formal and informal sectors. Specific objectives of the training session are to:

  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and discussions on best practices in apprenticeship systems, including regulatory frameworks and innovative strategies.
  • Disseminate knowledge on forward-looking apprenticeship models, leveraging new technologies and approaches that can modernize apprenticeship programs.
  • Foster inclusive work environments that support apprentices, ensuring balanced representation in the workforce.
