The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) of Japan jointly with the Bangladesh Employers’ Federation (BEF) organized two-day long program on “Human Resource Management (HRM) and Industrial Relations (IR)” on 01 – 02 February, 2023 in Dhaka.  Ms. Shusmita Anis, Vice-President, BEF, inaugurated the program. Mr. Yuji Ando, Country Director, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Bangladesh, Dr. A K M Moazzem Hussain, Honorary Adviser to AOTS Activities in Bangladesh, Mr. Akira Kuriyama Senior Manager, AOTS and Mr. Farooq Ahmed, Secretary-General & CEO, BEF, also spoke on the occasion. Dr. Fujimura Hiroyuki, Professor, Hosei Business School of Innovation Management, Hosei University, Japan conducted and facilitated the seminar program. 47 Participants from different member organizations of the BEF participated in the program
